What Is Individual Therapy?
Individual therapy—sometimes called online mental health therapy—is a one-on-one space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences with a licensed therapist. We work together to understand what’s going on beneath the surface, set meaningful goals, and develop tools that support your emotional and mental well-being.
At Gradients of Need, our sessions are 50 minutes long and conducted entirely online through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform. This gives you the freedom to attend therapy from wherever you feel most comfortable—your home, your office, or even while traveling.
