We offer flexible payment options which include many insurance plans along with self-pay and reduced rate sessions.

That’s why we offer a variety of payment options and strive to keep our billing process simple and transparent. We currently offer the following ways to pay for online counseling services:

  • Insurance:
    We accept select insurance plans and are working to expand our network. If you're unsure whether your plan is accepted, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to check eligibility and explain your benefits. (Note: We'll update this list as new contracts are secured.)
  • Self-Pay:
    Standard sessions are $165 for individual, couples, or family therapy. Payment is due at the time of service and can be submitted easily through your secure client portal.
  • Reduced-Fee Slots:
    We offer a limited number of reduced-fee spaces for clients who need financial flexibility. If you’re interested in a sliding scale rate, please mention this during your consultation. Availability is limited, but we do our best to accommodate those in need.

Billing Made Simple

We use Simple Practice, a secure online platform, to manage payments, scheduling, and documentation. Here’s what to expect:

  • Your session fee or copay is automatically billed through your online portal
  • You can view, download, and pay invoices directly from your account
  • Receipts and superbills are available if needed for reimbursement
  • Everything is encrypted and HIPAA-compliant for your privacy and security

Missed Appointments & Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens—but we also reserve time just for you.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance
  • If you miss a session without proper notice, the full session fee of $165 will be charged
  • We offer one waived late cancellation per client, no questions asked

This policy allows us to respect your time, our time, and the availability of care for others.
